selectedObject
The object context by which the command will be executed.
The object context over which command to be executed
Enterprise Only Feature. Executes the command using with defined context.

Parameters

selectedObject
The object context by which the command will be executed.
The object context over which command to be executed

Return Value

True if the command is executed successfully, otherwise false.
True if the command is executed succesfuly, otherwize - false

Remarks

The selectedObject can be null, a chart element or any IEnumerable object of chart elements.

Supported chart elements are as follows:

  • ChartArea.
  • Series.
  • Axis.
  • Annotation.
  • Legend.
  • LegendItem.
  • Title.
  • DataPoint.

Each Command can handle a limited set of object types, determined by its SupportedElements property.


The selectedObject can be null, a chart element or IEnumerable object of chart elements. The possible supported chart elements are: ChartArea, Series, Axis, Annotation, Legend, LegendItem, Title or DataPoint. Each Command can handle with limited set of object types determined by Command.SupportedElements property.
