Parameters
- value
-
The object to be added to the collection.
Data point to add.
Return Value
Returns an integer that represents the index where the item was inserted into the collection (0-based).
Index of the newly added object.
Adds an object to a collection, and returns the index where the item was inserted. Items are always added as the last item in a collection.
The name of the object is guaranteed to be unique, and is the class name of the object added followed by an integer (e.g. Series1, Series2, etc.).
Note: When Series objects are added to the SeriesCollection class using this method the associated DataPoint objects of the newly added Series object cannot have more than one (1) Y-value per data point. To add a series that can handle multiple Y-values per data point use the Add(DataPoint) definition of this overloaded method.
