Dundas.Charting.WebControl Namespace > FadingAnimation Class : StartGradientColor Property

 StartGradientColor is the color that will be used to draw the gradient for the chart element at the start of the animation sequence.

Gets or set the Fading Gradient color at the start of the animation sequence

Syntax

Visual Basic (Declaration)
Public Property StartGradientColor As Color
Visual Basic (Usage) Copy Code
Dim instance As FadingAnimation
Dim value As Color

instance.StartGradientColor = value

value = instance.StartGradientColor
C#
public Color StartGradientColor {get; set;}

Remarks

StartGradientColor is the color that will be used to draw the gradient for the chart element at the start of the animation sequence. The default color is Color.Transparent

The GradientType that will be used is the GradientType defined for that chart element. For example, if the Series is to be faded with a gradient, the Series.GradientType property must be set. Failure to set the chart element's GradientType property will prevent a gradient animation effect.

NOTE: This property will only affect animations rendered in Flash.
