Return Value
True if this annotation's Width and Height are always in chart relative coordinates, false otherwise. Defaults to true.

Remarks
Annotation width and height may be set in chart relative or axes coordinates. By default relative chart coordinates are used. To use axes coordinates for size set this property to false and either anchor the annotation to a data point or set the AxisX or AxisY properties.
