Return Value

A Drawing.Color value that represents the line color of a scrollbar. Defaults to Color.Empty.

This property represents the color used for the arrows in up/down and left/right buttons, the symbol inside of the reset button as well as the border of the entire scrollbar.

If this property is Empty the line color used will be determined by the Axis.LineColor property value.
