Gets or sets a flag that specifies whether the annotation size is always defined in relative chart coordinates.

Return Value

True if this annotation's Width and Height are always in chart relative coordinates, false otherwise.

Remarks

An annotation's width and height may be set in chart relative or axes coordinates. By default relative chart coordinates are used. To use axes coordinates for size set this property to false and either anchor the annotation to a data point or set the AxisX or AxisY properties.
