Returns the relative position of the bottom of an applicable chart element.
Gets bottom position in relative coordinates.

Return Value

Returns a value that represents the relative position of the bottom of an applicable chart element.
Bottom position.

Remarks

The bottom is always in relative coordinates, and is either relative to a ChartArea object if plotted within a chart area, or relative to the entire chart picture if plotted outside of a chart area element.

Chart coordinates use "0,0" for a top-left corner, and "100,100" for a bottom-right corner.
