Specifies whether to start the scale break from zero.
Indicates if one of the axis segments should start it's scale from zero when scale break is used.

Syntax

Visual Basic (Declaration)
Public Property StartFromZero As AutoBool
Visual Basic (Usage) Copy Code
Dim instance As AxisScaleBreakStyle
Dim value As AutoBool

instance.StartFromZero = value

value = instance.StartFromZero
C#
public AutoBool StartFromZero {get; set;}

Return Value

An AutoBool value representing whether to start the scale break from zero.

Example

C# Copy Code
using Dundas.Charting.WinControl;
...

// If all data points are significantly far from zero, the Chart will calculate the scale minimum value.
chart1.ChartAreas["Default"].AxisY.ScaleBreakStyle.StartFromZero = AutoBool.Auto;
Visual Basic Copy Code
Imports Dundas.Charting.WinControl
...

' If all data points are significantly far from zero, the Chart will calculate the scale minimum value.
chart1.ChartAreas("Default").AxisY.ScaleBreakStyle.StartFromZero = AutoBool.Auto

Remarks

If the AxisScaleBreakStyle.StartFromZero property is set to AutoBool.Auto, the Chart will calculate whether to display the data points from zero or the scale minimum value.
When property is set to AutoBool.Auto the range of the scale determines if zero value should be included in the scale.
