Returns the minimum contrast value available within the Source.

Remarks

Readonly property. The source's Minimum contrast value which depends on user's devices itself. It can NOT be set.

When an error occurs and IfThrowException property is TRUE, an exception will be thrown. Check ErrorCode property and ErrorString property for error information.
