AnnotationPathPointCollection is a collection of polyline annotation path points, and is available using the PathPoints property.

This collection is used at design-time only, and uses serialization to expose the shape of the polyline and polygon using their PathPoints collection property.

At run-time use Path property to set the path of a polyline or polygon.
