Enterprise Only Feature. Gets or sets the new annotation anchor point X location.

Return Value

A double value representing the new annotation anchor point X location.

Remarks

When the AnnotationPositionChanging and AnnotationPositionChanged events are fired, the NewAnchorLocationX property determines the new X coordinate of the annotation.  This is useful when the annotation is anchored to a data point.
