Return Value

A double value representing the new annotation anchor point Y location.

Remarks

When the AnnotationPositionChanging and AnnotationPositionChanged events are fired, the NewAnchorLocationY property determines the new Y coordinate of the annotation.  This is useful when the annotation is anchored to a data point.
