Enterprise Only Feature. Gets or sets the new X coordinate location of the annotation.

Return Value

A double value representing the new X coordinate location of the annotation.

Remarks

When the AnnotationPositionChanging and AnnotationPositionChanged events are fired, the NewLocationX property defines the X-coordinate location of the annotation.
