Enterprise Only Feature. Gets or sets the new Y coordinate of the annotation's location.
Gets or sets the new Y location of the annotation.

Return Value

A double value representing the new Y coordinate of the annotation's location.

Remarks

When the AnnotationPositionChanging and AnnotationPositionChanged events are fired, the NewLocationY property defines the Y-coordinate location of the annotation.
