Enterprise Only Feature. Gets or sets the new width of the annotation.

Return Value

A double value representing the new width of the annotation.

Remarks

When the AnnotationPositionChanging and AnnotationPositionChanged events are fired, use the NewSizeWidth property to determine the new width of the annotation.  This can be used when resizing the annotation.
