Return Value

A GradientType integer enumeration. The default value is None.

This property determines if a chart element will display a gradient, as well as the orientation of the gradient (if used).

For a listing of available patterns refer to the GradientType enumeration.

To use gradient colors:

1. Set the primary color using the BackColor property.

2. Set the secondary color of the chart element using the BackGradientEndColor property.

3. Set this BackGradientType property of the chart element to the desired gradient style.
