Defines the location of the first pie or doughnut slice (i.e. data point).
Remarks

This attribute can be any valid angle, and defaults to 90 degrees also known as the 3 o'clock position.

Custom Attribute Summary
Possible Values: 0 to 360.
Default Value: 90.
